Wilton Welsh Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days. However, Wilton Welsh Ltd will not be liable for orders that are delivered outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 19th September 2014. All orders are offered with FREE SHIPPING New Zealand wide. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us at info@dbrief.co.nz to enquire about a special order.
Passing of Risk and Title
Risk in products remains with us until they are delivered to you. Title in the products will pass to you upon delivery if full payment in full has been made for them.

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the CGA”) applies to consumers (as defined in the CGA) only, and does not apply to businesses. If you are a trader, retailer or other business person who purchases products for business purposes the CGA will not apply.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully as due to the nature of the products, there will be NO RETURN or REFUND other than for the wrong product being delivered. This policy includes value and super saver packs. Any returns must be by prior arrangement with Wilton Welsh Ltd. Please contact us and if a return request is approved, a return authorisation reference will be issued which must be included with your return within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The product packaging must be unopened and untampered with. When replacements are not available Wilton Welsh Ltd may, at its discretion, provide a complete refund. Wilton Welsh will notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of Wilton Welsh Ltd receiving your return.
Postage or courier charges on returns are not refundable unless by prior arrangement
